1. About FixMyPosture

FixMyPosture (the "App") uses AI-powered photo analysis to provide an estimated assessment of your posture and suggest exercises. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

The App is for general wellness and informational purposes only. Its output is generated by an AI vision model and may be inaccurate. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physiotherapist or doctor for medical concerns. Do not perform exercises if you experience pain.

3. Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Settings under Subscriptions.

4. Your Photos

Photos you take are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of producing a posture analysis. We do not sell your photos and do not use them to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm yourself or others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
