A few common questions

How does FixMyPosture actually work?

You snap a front and side photo. Our AI breaks down your alignment, flags issues like forward head, rounded shoulders, and pelvic tilt, and builds a five-minute daily routine targeted at what it found. Re-scan every 1-2 weeks to track changes.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There's no sign-up, no email, no password. Your profile and scans stay on your device. Subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple — you don't share anything personal with us.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI partner (Anthropic's Claude) for analysis, then deleted from our servers right after. They're never stored long-term, sold, or used to train AI models. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Is this a replacement for a physiotherapist?

No. FixMyPosture is a wellness tool, not medical advice. It's built around what physios commonly look for so you can spot issues early and stay consistent with movement, but if you have ongoing pain or serious concerns, see a qualified physiotherapist.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.

How often should I scan?

Once you have your baseline, re-scan every 1–2 weeks. That's enough time for real change to show, but frequent enough to keep your daily plan aligned with where you are now.
